Mr Ziwang XU is Chairman of CXC Capital. He was a Goldman Sachs Group Partner, a Board Member of its Asia LLC as well as its China head for almost 10 years till 2005 before becoming its Advisory Director. Prior to that, Mr Xu was a Principal at Morgan Stanley with remarkable accomplishments including the establishment of CICC. He is Board Vice Chairman of China Dunhuang Research and Conservation Foundation, among several other board responsibilities. He is one of the two co-founders of Xi Wai International School since 2005, a bilingual K-12 school in Shanghai. He is a rotating President of Shanghai Entrepreneur Association (SEA), and a master mentor of Dacheng Institute for the next generations of China's leading business families. He holds several degrees and program certificates from universities including ECNU, Fudan, Harvard, and Tufts.
